This bench is amazing the quality you expect from body solid. Did take me a little while putting together but so well made no problems . love everything about this bench So sturdy ,like the way you just pop in the leg extension and the preacher curl so easily with a spring pin. Would definitely recommend this bench as it will last years so pay that little extra for quality.
Excellent advice by James in the Norwich store. He adapted his advice to our exact needs and came up with the perfect design on his software. Would unconditionally recommend speaking to the guys in store before buying as there is key information available there that’s isn’t available in store, like functional usable space around the kit.
An excellent experience and first-class service from Jerry . We had an idea what we wanted, but his guidance was invaluable and his suggestions has left us really happy with the 3 pieces of gym equipment we purchased. Danny was extremely knowledgeable, succinct and we were given time to try out various suggestions. Overall, we are really impressed and will be back for further equipment when we need it. 100% Recommend I won't lie, at first I thought this website was dodgy because the prices seemed suspiciously low. I took a gamble and paid through ZellPay to make sure I was covered if anything went wrong. However, no complications whatsoever and great quality items at great prices, can't complain. I have since ordered multiple items and it is now my go to for my home gym! If you're reading this because you have doubts, stop hesitating and buy now before they realise they are under priced!
I bought my spin bike 2018, July 2021, the handlebars broke, it took a month to get a quote and new handlebars, 7 months on the have broke again in the same place very poor quality 1 week on from contacting them I still do not have my quote very poor customer service, they seem to be okay when you buy from them but not so good when you need new parts and the quality of the parts are very poor, very disappointed!!!!
Really impressed Really impressed with the whole process. The website is easy to navigate and the weights I bought were such good value. I paid for next day delivery and it was actually delivered the next day before 12, no problems whatsoever. The weights are top notch. I would absolutely buy from here again!
Jerry was great and helped us choose the right equipment, we purchased a Solo F65 treadmill and a Bowflex Max Trainer M3. Delivery was by Panther Logistics who were helpful and courteous delivering the large heavy items to the place of our choice. The items were flat packed and we choose not to pay for assembly, the Bowflex was simple to put together but more patience was needed for the treadmill, it took about 3 hrs in total to assemble both. Overall great equipment and a great service
Bought a barbell on 16th Feb and still hasn’t been delivered. Requested a refund but was told don’t worry the delivery will come, it still hasn’t arrived. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but owners need to be told when it’s this bad. Much improvement needed, providing a really poor service currently.
